On September 23 and 24, we attended a two-day Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) course that focused on life-saving techniques and procedures in high-risk situations and hazardous locations.
We trained both day and night. After a few hours of sleep, we resumed in the morning. We are extremely proud that all ten searchers from the Emergency Search Team successfully made it through and received the LAW ENFORCEMENT FIRST RESPONDER certificate.
Thanks to the Bekaert Helps Foundation, we were able to train more of our searchers to be ready to apply emergency medicine in practice.
Our thanks go to the wonderful and experienced team at the Academy of Emergency Medicine
We will be bringing more photos from the course soon.
